Cancellation Policy

At MSHAIRISMYPASSION LLC., a nonrefundable deposit is required to book all appointments, which will be applied to the total service cost. If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show, the deposit will be forfeited and is not transferable. Deposits must be paid when booking, and appointments are only confirmed once the deposit is received, at which point a confirmation will be sent. You may reschedule once with 48 hours' notice without losing the deposit, but further rescheduling requires a new deposit. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment incur a $50 fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in being charged for the full service. For children's services, we require cooperation to ensure a safe environment. Uncooperative behavior, such as excessive crying, refusal to sit still, or aggressive actions, may lead to the service being stopped or refused. Parents must remain with their children and help manage their behavior. If the child cannot sit still or cooperate, the service may be paused or ended, and no refunds will be issued. You may reschedule the service, but a new deposit may be required. If your child struggles during appointments, we recommend shorter sessions or breaking services into multiple visits. All sales are final once a service is completed. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided, even in cases of dissatisfaction. We offer consultations to ensure client expectations are clear, and any adjustments can be requested within 24 hours, at the stylist's discretion. Retail product sales are also final, and no refunds or exchanges will be given for products like hair care items or accessories. Prepaid services or gift cards are nonrefundable. While we strive for the best results, specific outcomes are not guaranteed due to various factors like hair type or previous treatments.
